THIRD PARTY INSPECTORS
All new homes built within Houston city limits are inspected by city inspectors. At Realex Homes we build beyond the minimum building code standards require by the city of Houston. As each Realex Home is designed, engineered, and built, we use third party engineers and inspectors to make sure each Realex Home is built to our higher standards
WARRANTY
Every REALEX Home is covered by a 1-2-10 year warranty.
1 Year on Everything
2 years on Mechanical Systems
10 years on Structural
In addition, EVERY REALEX Home is covered by a Fully INSURED Warranty
A lot can change in 10 years. What happens if your builder pulls out of the area, the state, or worse, goes under after you discover you have a problem? With a REALEX HOME you never have to worry. Every REALEX HOME is covered by a fully INSURED warranty.
An INSURED Home Warranty means if you discover a problem your repair costs are covered. Period!
It cost more to have an INSURED warranty, but we believe you have enough to worry about. Where we might be in 10 years shouldn’t be one of them.
A fully INSURE Warranty is a Standard Feature of every REALEX HOME. Like all our Standard Features it is already included in the price.
